All refund claims can be made via our help section, via our in account help tool, and through the messaging system to the restaurant/caterer concerned –

Should a refund be appropriate, it shall be made back to the payment method originally used to book the transaction or into your prepay account with quickbuffet - refunds can only be processed to the contracted party who made the purchase.
Refunds will take at least two working days to process after conclusion as all refunds have to undergo a verification process to ensure between the restaurant/caterer and yourself.
You have a maximum of 28 days from the date the order was placed to request a refund.
